R&R — Realign & Rise — is a fortnightly Monday lunchtime gathering for working professionals who wants more than a career — who wants a life that is fulfilling, balanced and happy.

Every session brings together like-hearted people for one or two grounding insights drawn from Barakah wisdom and Islamic positive psychology, practical actions you can apply that same afternoon, and honest conversation in good company. 

Think of it as the best part of your Monday — 45 minutes that realigns your week before it gets away from you. 

We're currently in our pilot season — a small, intimate series before we open the doors wider. Spots are limited.
